伊文思蓝染色技术快速鉴定新型隐球菌

目的:探讨伊文思蓝染色技术快速鉴定新型隐球菌在临床检验医学诊断工作中的应用。方法:配制伊文思蓝染色液,评估伊文思蓝染色液的稳定性及其;用伊文思蓝染色液对新型隐球菌、白色念珠菌等常见真菌及白细胞染色,综合评价其染色效果,进一步比较伊文思蓝染色液、阿利新蓝染色液、墨汁对新型隐球菌的染色效果。结果:新型隐球菌被伊文思蓝染色液染成蓝色或深蓝色,白细胞及其他常见真菌不着色,易于将新型隐球菌与白细胞及其他常见真菌区分;伊文思蓝染色液稳定性好,染色效果稳定,优于阿利新蓝染色和墨汁染色,伊文思蓝染色能在计数板中计数新型隐球菌,阿利新蓝染色易凝集对计数有一定的影响,而墨汁染色则无法计数。结论:伊文思蓝染色技术快速鉴定新型隐球菌设备要求简单、方法快速敏感,有很好的和稳定性,适用各类医院推广应用。 Objective: To investigate the application of Evans blue staining in the rapid identification of Cryptococcus neoformans in the clinical diagnosis of medical diagnosis. Methods: Evans blue staining solution was prepared to evaluate the stability of Evans blue staining solution and its staining. The common fungi and white blood cells of Cryptococcus neoformans, Candida albicans and other white fungi were stained with Evans blue stain, and the staining results were further evaluated. Evans blue staining solution, alitake blue staining solution, ink on Cryptococcus neoformans staining. Results: Cryptococcus neoformans was stained blue or dark blue with Evans blue staining solution, leucocytes and other common fungi were not colored, and C. neoformans was easily differentiated from leucocytes and other common fungi. Evans blue staining solution had good stability and staining The effect was stable, superior to Alizarin blue staining and ink staining. Evans blue staining could count Cryptococcus neoformans in the counting plate. Alixin blue staining could easily affect the counting while ink staining could not count. Conclusion: Evans blue staining technique for rapid identification of Cryptococcus neoformans equipment requires a simple, rapid and sensitive method, with good and stable, suitable for all kinds of hospital promotion and application.
