目的 了解护校新生的个性特征及心理健康状况。方法 采用 EPQ和 SCL-90量表 ,在新生入校的第四周作出自我评定 ,并与高一女生进行比较。结果 护校新生在躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑等因子分显著高于高一女生 ,其 EPQ中的 N分显著高于高一女生。同时也发现不良个性素质与心理障碍密切相关。结论 护校新生的人格特征和心理特点有其特异性 ,应加强心理疏导和社会重视。
Objective To understand the personality characteristics and mental health status of nursing students. Methods The EPQ and SCL-90 scales were used to make self-assessment in the fourth week of freshmen’s enrollment and compared with those of freshmen. Results Freshmen in nursing school were significantly higher in somatization, coercion, depression, anxiety and other factors than those in high school girls. The score of N score in EPQ was significantly higher than that of high school girls. Also found that poor quality of personality and psychological disorders are closely related. Conclusion The personality characteristics and psychological characteristics of nursing students have their specificity. Psychological counseling and social attention should be strengthened.
