汉代董仲舒是继孔子、孟子之后儒学思想的集大成者,其“性有善恶”的人性观是对先秦时期人性论成果的批判和继承,提出人性包括善质和恶质两个方面,对人性要进行扬善抑恶。人性观决定着一个管理者的管理思想和管理方式,“性有善恶”的人性观的很多内容都符合当代管理的需求,对当代管理有着很重要的启示。
Dong Zhongshu in the Han Dynasty was the master of Confucianism after Confucius and Mencius, and his “sexuality has good and evil” view of human nature was the critique and inheritance of the achievements in human nature during the pre-Qin period. It proposed two aspects of human nature including good and evil Humanity should be improved and suppressed evil. The concept of human nature determines a manager’s management thought and management style. Many elements of the concept of human nature with goodness and evil conform to the needs of contemporary management and have very important implications for contemporary management.
