本文报道以复旦大学遗传所863计划研究成果高蛋白转基因马铃薯试管苗为材料,选用含有大量元素、微量元素、糖源、碳源和渗透压稳定剂、激素的20个培养基配方,在实验室进行快速繁殖。试验结果表明,无论是液体培养还是固体培养,能显著促进茎长和分枝数增加的为9号培养基,促根系生长的为10号培养基,诱导薯块形成的为14号培养基,而液体培养基优于固体培养基。因此可以认为,在液体培养基中加入0.1~1毫克/升6—BA和0.15%活性炭可以提高试管苗的繁殖系数。加入0.5~1毫克/升6—BA和0.15%活性炭能诱导试管薯形成。
