介绍了CO_2气体保护焊的焊接方法、工艺规范、焊接变形的估算及焊接顺序的确定。一、JT BG35)型车架焊接结构特点JT BG35)型40英尺集装箱专用半挂车的载重量为30400kg,车架采用边梁式框架焊接结构。纵梁和横梁的材质都是16M二。横梁是槽形冲压件,左右两根纵梁是大断面焊接工字钢结构。纵梁腹板厚6mm,两翼板各厚巧mm。纵梁长12176mm,腹板与翼板的T型接头焊缝长12o56Inm。纵梁的主要结构尺寸如图1所示。
