目的探讨超声引导下麦默通旋切系统在乳腺隐匿性病灶中的应用。方法对35例患者共46处在临床中无法触及且超声显示乳腺病灶进行麦默通旋切手术,术中进行标本冰冻切片。结果乳腺纤维腺瘤15例,乳腺囊肿10例,乳管内乳头状瘤8例,乳腺病10例,乳腺导管原位癌2例,乳腺浸润性导管癌1例。结论超声引导下麦默通旋切系统适合临床无法触及乳腺病变的微创切除,具有高效、安全、定位准确、无瘢痕等优点。
Objective To investigate the application of ultrasound-guided Maometton rotation system in the occult breast lesions. Methods A total of 46 cases of 35 patients were unreachable in clinical practice, and Mammotome rotational excision was performed on the breast lesions by ultrasound. Frozen section was performed during the operation. Results 15 cases of breast fibroadenoma, 10 cases of breast cysts, 8 cases of intraductal papilloma, mastosis in 10 cases, 2 cases of ductal carcinoma in situ, breast invasive ductal carcinoma in 1 case. Conclusion Under the guidance of ultrasound, Macomotop rotation system is suitable for clinical minimally invasive resection of breast lesions, which has the advantages of high efficiency, safety, accurate positioning and no scar.
