以某航天发动机用涡轮盘榫槽的加工为例,针对零件材料特性、结构特点以及技术要求,分析了慢走丝线切割加工工艺在涡轮盘榫槽加工中的应用情况,并与传统加工方法进行对比,总结出了特种加工技术在航天发动机制造中的优势。在研究慢走丝线切割加工工艺特点及工艺规律的基础上,通过试验研究,总结出一套适用的新加工工艺方法及加工参数,给出了实现整盘加工的技术手段。为航空航天发动机用涡轮盘榫槽的精密加工开辟了新思路。
Taking the machining of turbine disk mortise and tenon groove of a space engine as an example, according to the material characteristics, structural characteristics and technical requirements of parts, the application of cutting wire cutting machining in the machining of turbine disk mortise and tenon grooves was analyzed and compared with the traditional machining methods In contrast, summed up the special processing technology in aerospace engine manufacturing advantages. Based on the study of the characteristics and process rules of the wire cutting process, a set of applicable new processing methods and processing parameters are summarized and the technical means of realizing the whole disk processing are given. It opens up new ideas for precision machining of turbine disk mortise and tenon groove for aerospace engine.
