用于红外侦察、预警相机中的非球面,当直径大于500mm时,非球面的偏离量大约为200μm以上(PV值),目前的发展趋势是非球面偏离量还会继续加大。如果从最接近球面开始修磨,则工作量较大、工作周期较长。所述加工系统基于直接成型非球面的思想进行开发,通过精度标定,借助于误差补偿手段保证了系统的加工精度,实现了非球面快速铣磨成型的目的。
