目的：评价院前综合救治重度经口急性中毒患者的安全性和有效性.方法：将127例重度经口急性中毒患者现场施行机械通气、洗胃及解毒剂应用等综合救治,观察其疗效.结果：127例治愈率92.1%.结论：院前综合救治重度经口急性中毒安全有效.
