根据《中国森林认证森林经营》(LY/T1714-2007)和《中国森林认证实施规则(试行)2008》标准和要求,国内一家认证机构从经济、社会、环境3个方面、9个原则出发,通过对大型跨国造纸企业在中国的子公司——A公司林浆纸基地森林经营的文件审核、现场审核、利益相关者访谈、同行专家评议等的审核程序,得出认证结果:A公司在林地合法取得、履行法律义务、森林经营规划编制实施、环保、采伐更新及监测等方面符合认证标准,建议审核有条件通过。同时对主审核发现的2个轻微不符合项提出了整改要求及监督程序。
According to the standards and requirements of “China Forest Certification Forest Management” (LY / T1714-2007) and “China Forest Certification Implementation Rules (for Trial Implementation) 2008”, a domestic certification body sets out from 9 principles of economy, society and environment. Through the audit of the document management, on-site audit, stakeholder interviews and peer expert review of the forest management of A Company’s Lin Pulp & Paper Base, a subsidiary of a large multinational papermaking enterprise in China, the certification results are as follows: Legally obtained, fulfilled legal obligations, compilation and implementation of forest management planning, environmental protection, harvesting and updating and monitoring met the certification standards and suggested to approve the conditional adoption. At the same time, two minor nonconformities identified by the main audit were put forward for rectification requirements and supervision procedures.
