医院文化是社会文化在医疗卫生领域的表现形式,是社会文化的一部分,它具有自然属性和阶段属性的两重性。从广义上讲,医院文化是指由医院及其成员的价值观点、行为准则、工作方式、规范体系、历史传统、技术水平、素质结构、物质设备等表现出来的影响医院管理、效益、质量的医院环境系统,是一种大文化观念;而狭义的医院文化是指医院组织关系系统在长期的医疗活动过程中所形成的,并为医院全体成员共同遵守和奉行的价值观念、基本信念和行为准则。在当前改革新形势下,研究和探讨医院文化与医院管理的目的在于全面提高医院素质,发挥医院功能,更好地为人民卫生事业服务,为人类健康作出贡献。
Hospital culture is the manifestation of social culture in the medical and health field. It is a part of social culture. It has the dual nature of natural attributes and stage attributes.
