婴儿假性白血病贫血又称雅克什综合征(Jaksch’s syndrome)。本文收集了1975年6月至1987年5月在我院住院确诊的婴儿假性白血病贫血32例,现报告如下。临床资料一、一般资料年龄<6个月者2例,6～12个月21例,1～2岁9例。男19例,女13例。母乳喂养28例。人工喂养4例。至发病单纯母乳喂养未加辅食者22例,6个月后加辅食及辅食质和量不足者10例。既往均有反复感染的病史。住院时多有感染存在,其中肺炎占21/32,其余有婴儿腹泻、败血症、尿路感染和肺 Infants with leukemia anemia, also known as Jaksch’s syndrome (Jaksch’s syndrome).
