最近我们对80例非心脏病患者,于纤维胃镜检查过程中,通过心电图进行了有关心率、心律及ST-T变化的观察。以探索纤维胃镜检查对心脏的影响。病例选择:80例非心脏病病人,均系经临床检查有一定胃镜检查指征者。其中男性63例,女性17例,年龄最小的19岁,最大的71岁。胃镜诊断:慢性浅表性胃炎40例,慢性萎缩性胃炎2例,慢性肥厚性胃炎2例,胃溃疡3例,十二指肠溃疡5例,十二指肠炎2例,食管炎2例,食管癌3例,胃癌12例,正常者9例。观察方法:检查前6小时禁食,为了避免药物作用的干扰,术前均未予抗胆碱类药物及镇静剂,咽部用1.5％地卡因溶液喷雾麻醉。胃镜系日本Olympus公司生产的GIF-K型纤

Observations: 6 hours before the test fasting, in order to avoid the interference of drug effects, no anticholinergic drugs and sedatives before surgery, pharynx anesthesia with 1.5% solution of cocaine spray.
