就广西48家医院住院服务质量25个评价指标与国内外医院的监测进行比较。并针对广西医院服务质量现状提出持续改进的讨论和政策建议。广西医疗质量管理委员会建议各家医院针对各项质量指数与同级医院的比较值,以及个体报告中病人提出来的服务感受意见,认真查找医院在服务过程中存在的不足,结合开展医院管理活动,制订出医院服务的整改措施,便于服务质量的持续改进。
