观察肾功能、肾皮质、红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、血浆过氧化脂质(LPO)、残肾形态学等指标,发现黄丹胶囊可以延缓5/6肾切除大鼠血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酥(Scr)增高[黄丹胶囊(8.82mg/kg)组BUN(12.51±3.54)mmol/L,Scr(16.81±30.37)μmol/L;覆醛氧化淀粉组BUN(18.18±3.85)mmol/L,Scr(217.34±41.61)μmol/L](P<0.001),提高肾皮质、红细胞SOD(P<0.01),降低血浆LPO(P<0.01),延缓肾脏病理改变,从而延缓慢性肾衰的进程。
