研究了一种新的滤波方法——Mexican Hat小波最小二乘法在化学信号处理中的应用。该方法简便快速,除噪能力强,滤波后峰位置不变,峰高相对误差小于3.2%,且仅需一次滤波。将该方法应用到毛细管电泳实验信号的处理中,获得满意结果。
A new filtering method is studied - the application of Texican Hat wavelet least squares in chemical signal processing. The proposed method is simple and fast with strong ability of noise removal and constant peak position after filtering. The relative error of peak height is less than 3.2%, and only one filtering is needed. The method was applied to the processing of capillary electrophoresis signal to obtain satisfactory results.
