在历史上,当人们对于静电已经有了库仑定律可以测量静电力的大小时,对于运动的电荷即电流,人们却还没有一个理论确定它。当时人们已经注意到电流随着串联电池个数的增加会有变化,但苦于没有一种稳定的电源,也没有比较精密的测量仪器,所以对于电流规律的研究发展很慢。在这样的背景下,欧姆开始了他的电学研究。
Historically, when people already have Coulomb’s law for static electricity to measure the magnitude of electrostatic force, there is no theory yet to determine it for the electric charge of motion. At that time, people have noticed that the current will change with the increase of the number of series batteries, but suffer from not having a stable power supply and no more sophisticated measuring instruments. Therefore, the research on current law is developing very slowly. In this context, Ohm began his electrical research.
