水稻产量是一个复杂的农艺性状,由单株有效穗数、每穗实粒数和粒重三要素决定。自参考基因组序列释放之后,水稻产量的遗传基础研究取得较大进展。产量相关基因图位克隆获得重大突破,一大批产量相关的主效QTL得到克隆,产量形成的分子机制正在逐步得到解析。同时,相关基因功能标记的创建大大提高了产量定向改良的效率。现综述水稻产量功能基因组研究进展。
Rice yield is a complex agronomic trait, which is determined by the number of effective panicle per plant, the number of solid grains per panicle and the grain weight. Since the release of the reference genome sequence, great progresses have been made in the genetic basis of rice yield. A major breakthrough was made in map-based cloning of yield-related genes. A large number of major yield-related QTLs were cloned and the molecular mechanism of yield formation was gradually being resolved. At the same time, the creation of functional markers of related genes greatly improves the efficiency of yield-oriented improvement. Now review the research progress of rice functional genomics.
