超声水表计量性能及使用特性优异,具有广阔的发展前景。但超声水表在制造过程中易发生“零漂”超限的情况,并将其叠加在水表的测量结果中,导致超声水表小流量测量段示值误差出现不稳定的状况。通过在首次检定工作中设置辅助测量项目来及时发现水表计量性能的变化特性,可以大大降低示值不稳定超声水表进入供水管网使用的风险。
Ultrasound meter measurement performance and the use of excellent, with broad prospects for development. However, in the manufacturing process, the ultrasonic water meter is prone to over-limit “zero drift” and superimposes it on the measurement results of the water meter, resulting in instability of the indication error of the small flow measurement section of the ultrasonic water meter. By setting the auxiliary measurement items in the initial verification work, the changes of the metrological performance of the water meter can be found in time, which can greatly reduce the risk of instability ultrasonic meter entering the water supply network.
