用8个抗白粉病性不同的春小麦品种进行不完全双列杂交,对亲本及杂交后代的抗白粉病性进行了遗传分析,结果F1和F2代抗白粉病性一般配合力和特殊配合力方差及MSg.c.a/MSs.c.a均达显著或极显著水平,抗白粉病性以加性效应为主。抗白粉病性的广义遗传力为77.05%,狭义遗传力为65.85%,早代选择效果较好。双亲中亲值与F1、F2表型值及一般配合力总效应呈极显著正相关,可以用中亲值来预测F1及F2的表现。8个亲本中,新春4号是较好的高产抗白粉病亲本,新春5号是较好的优质抗白粉病亲本。16个组合中,新春4号*新春5号抗白粉病性好。
Genetic analysis of resistance to powdery mildew in eight parents and their progenies was conducted with eight spring wheat cultivars with different powdery mildew resistances. The results showed that the F1 and F2 were resistant to powdery mildew and the combining ability And MSg. c. a / MSs. c. a reached significant or very significant level, anti-powdery mildew additive effect based. The resistance to powdery mildew was 77.05%, and the narrow heritability was 65.85%. The effect of early generation selection was better.
