对硫酸妥布霉素生产中发酵液的水解、离子交换层离、成盐等条件进行了研究。结果表明 :6“ -O-氨甲酰妥布霉素水解形成妥布霉素的反应为一级反应 ,其水解介质最佳 p H值为 1 0。用氨水作为离子交换层离妥布霉素解吸剂的最佳浓度为 0 .1 mol/ L。妥布霉素碱转盐应采用高限量计算的硫酸。按上述条件生产的硫酸妥布霉素产品附合 USP标准。
