The author of 70 patients with an average age of 56.8 ± 11.5 years old male patients for lung function and ladder test to determine the relationship between the two. Patient’s body weight, pulse, blood pressure and respiration are measured prior to boarding. The patient is allowed to climb at an appropriate speed and encourage as many as five consecutive stairs (127 steps) to be completed. When the patient stops climbing, immediately record the time (second) to stop climbing, the reason for stopping, and the number of steps. And immediately after the stop, 2 minutes, 5 minutes (5 minutes if not recovered were extended to 10 minutes) measured the patient’s pulse rate, blood pressure, breathing. Twenty-five patients were tested for lung function after lung function test. The remaining patients were tested for lung function by first going to the ladder test to avoid the prejudice of the examiner. With standard technology
