痛性眼肌麻痹,又称Tolosa-Hunt 氏综合征,现报告10例:资料一般资料:男5女5,年龄12—63岁,病程11—84天。病前有感冒及发热者9人,腹泻者1人,病前感染距发病3—14天,平均6天。10例病前身体均健康,无眼疾,神经系统病及全身疾病史。临床症状:10例首发症状均为突发性眶周部疼痛,呈针刺样及拽痛,3例向颞部放散,1例并有颜面牵拉痛。疼痛呈持续性,复视出现后疼痛渐减轻,持续时间5—13 Painful ophthalmoplegia, also known as Tolosa-Hunt’s syndrome, are now reported in 10 cases: General Information Information: 5 men and 5 women, aged 12-63 years, duration 11-84 days. There were 9 people with cold and fever before the illness and 1 person with diarrhea. The pre-existing infection ranged from 3 to 14 days with an average of 6 days. All 10 cases were healthy before the disease, without eye diseases, nervous system diseases and systemic disease history. Clinical symptoms: The first 10 cases were all sudden orbital pain, acupuncture-like and pulling pain, 3 cases of temporal radiations, and 1 case of face pain and pulling pain.
