随着我国社会主义现代化建设步入到了一个新的发展阶段,国有单位政工队伍的建设也随之发生了变化,单位的发展离不开政工队伍的建设。因此,笔者根据自身从事铁道战备单位政工多年的工作经验和阅历,简单分析铁道战备单位政治工作的必要性,同时提出了加强政工队伍建设的策略和手段,希望能够对从事政治工作的同仁有所帮助。 With the socialist modernization in our country entering a new stage of development, the construction of the contingent of state workers in the state-owned units has also changed. The development of the unit can not be achieved without the building of a contingent of political workers.
