目的从光叶番荔枝(Annona glabra Linn)叶子中提取分离活性物质。方法95%乙醇提取,溶剂划分极性部分,层析(柱层析、制备薄层层析),重结晶等分离,根据IR,MS,NMR,熔点等光谱技术和理化常数鉴定化合物的结构。结果现已分离得到2个化合物,分别鉴定为ent-kaur-16-en-19-oicacid(K1)、Machigline(P1)。结论Machigline为首次从该植物叶子中分离鉴定。
Objective To extract and separate active substances from leaves of Annona glabra Linn. Methods 95% ethanol was used for extraction. The solvent was divided into polar fractions. Chromatography (column chromatography, preparative thin layer chromatography) and recrystallization were performed. The structures of the compounds were identified by IR, MS, NMR, melting points and other spectral and physicochemical constants. As a result, two compounds have been isolated and identified as ent-kaur-16-en-19-oicacid (K1) and Machigline (P1), respectively. Conclusion Machigline was isolated and identified from the leaves of the plant for the first time.
