采用有限元方法建立了2250mmCVC热连轧轧机辊系三维弹性变形模型,对影响板形调控特性的各个影响因素如板宽、轧制力、弯辊力、CVC工作辊窜辊等,进行了仿真研究。分析发现:2250mm热连轧机在生产1550mm以上的产品时,不仅轧机的宽度能力可以更好地发挥,对凸度控制也十分有利;计算分析得出了弯辊力影响系数、工作辊窜辊影响系数与轧件宽度之间的关系。
The three-dimensional elastic deformation model of roller system of 2250mmCVC hot strip continuous rolling mill was established by finite element method. The influencing factors of plateform control characteristics such as plate width, rolling force, bending force, CVC work roll shifting were simulated the study. The analysis shows that when the 2250mm hot strip mill is used to produce more than 1550mm, not only the width capability of the rolling mill can be better, but also the convexity control is very favorable.
