用大骨节病区(陕西省永寿县)及非病区(沈阳)粮配制的饲料喂养出生一个月的大白鼠1~5个月中间,分5批测定了动物的血浆酶谱。结果表明:喂病区粮组动物先后出现了GOT,CK,LDH 酶活性的升高,同时看到了这些酶在致病因子作用下的不同反应,如 GOT 是喂后2个月就升高并一直保持高水平,而 CK,LDH,ALP 则喂后先降低,以后以不同的时差转为增高并超过对照粮组动物。文中结合对比大骨节病患儿的酶谱改变,进行了讨论。
The plasma zymogram of the animals was measured in 5 batches in the middle of 1 month to 5 months after the rats were born for one month with the feed prepared by the Kashin-Beck disease ward (Yongshou County, Shaanxi Province) and the non-ward (Shenyang) food. The results showed that there was a rise in the activity of GOT, CK and LDH in feeding group animals and the different responses of these enzymes under the action of virulence factors. For example, GOT increased after 2 months of feeding Kept a high level all the time, while CK, LDH and ALP decreased at first, then increased with different time difference and exceeded that of control group animals. In this paper, we compared the zymogram changes in children with Kashin-Beck disease.
