目的:优选复方活血巴布膏中水煎药材的絮凝工艺。方法:以续断中的川续断皂苷Ⅵ保留率及沉降百分率为考察指标,采用星点设计-效应面法对水煎药材絮凝工艺进行研究。结果:壳聚糖絮凝沉淀法的最佳工艺条件为药液比1∶1.7,絮凝温度51℃,壳聚糖加入量为21.8m L(每100m L药液),p H值为5.6。结论:壳聚糖絮凝法沉降效果好,经济实用,优选的絮凝工艺合理、稳定可行,可用于复方活血巴布膏水提药材的絮凝澄清。
Objective: To optimize the flocculation process of compound herbal medicine Huoxuebabu cream. Methods: Taking the retention rate and the percentage of sedimentation rate of Dipsacus saponin Ⅵ in cut off as index, the flocculation process of decoction was studied by the method of star point design-response surface method. Results: The optimum conditions for the flocculation and precipitation of chitosan were as follows: the ratio of liquid to liquid was 1: 1.7, the flocculation temperature was 51 ℃, the amount of chitosan added was 21.8 m L per 100 mL liquid, and the p H value was 5.6. CONCLUSION: The chitosan flocculation method has good settling effect and is economical and practical. The optimal flocculation process is reasonable, stable and feasible, and can be used for flocculation and clarification of the compound traditional Chinese medicine.
