纵观近年涉医事件的媒体报道,不少医务人员却被推向舆论焦点,既影响行业形象,也影响医院发展,因此,医务人员的媒体意识备受关注。在自媒体时代,医务人员只有充分了解媒体特性,充分利用媒体优势,牢固树立自我维权意识、媒体危机意识、首声效应意识、口径一致意识、互助共赢意识等5种媒体意识,变被动为主动,才能最终实现塑造品牌,提升形象,实现患者满意、社会满意、政府满意和医院发展的医疗目标。
