平板膜MBR用于竹园二厂中水回用的试验研究

采用平板膜膜生物反应器(平板膜MBR)对上海竹园第二污水处理厂的二沉池出水进行中水回用试验.先使用人工配水,以出水氨氮为响应值,通过响应曲面法进行装置优化运行条件的试验设计,得出HRT为1.1h,CST为9 min,曝气速率为0.77 L/h时,氨氮的去除效果最好.在此参数下运行装置,通入竹园二厂二沉池出水,监测运行期间的水质情况.试验结果表明,在低负荷进水条件下,平板膜MBR对COD、氨氮和总磷的去除率并不高,平均去除率分别为63.56% 、79.73%和76.25%,但出水水质优于回用标准,膜污染对装置运行的影响较小.
