用锂瓷石代替部分白钾,采用注浆成型在1150℃制备了低温卫生陶瓷。用XRD和SEM对样品晶相和显微形貌进行表征。考察锂瓷石代替部分白钾含量对样品性能的影响。结果表明:锂瓷石代替部分白钾可有效降低卫生陶瓷的烧成温度。当锂瓷石含量为20%,白钾含量为30%时,低温卫生陶瓷各项性能可达到:吸水率为0.03%,体积密度2.3839 g/cm~3和抗折强度为75.83 MPa。
Lithium porcelain stone instead of part of potassium, using slip casting at 1150 ℃ prepared low-temperature sanitary ceramics. The crystal phase and microstructure of the samples were characterized by XRD and SEM. The effect of lithium porcelain instead of part of potassium content on the properties of samples was investigated. The results showed that the substitution of part of white potassium with lithium porcelain stone could effectively reduce the firing temperature of sanitary ceramics. When the content of lithium porcelain stone is 20% and the content of white potassium is 30%, the properties of low temperature sanitary ceramics can be achieved: the water absorption rate is 0.03%, the bulk density is 2.3839 g / cm ~ 3 and the flexural strength is 75.83 MPa.
