为了做到道床的快速施工和线路少维修,在日本研制了灌浆道床及其施工设备,并已应用在既有线上。所谓灌浆道床,是在道碴间隙充填粘弹性材料,使道碴间具有粘结力,防止因道碴的滑移而使轨道下沉,同时也免得道碴间因摩擦而变细,从而达到减少维修养护作业的目的。 灌浆道床的构造如图1所示,它是介于道碴道床和板式道床之间的形式。
