大学生就业法律纠纷的解决面临着大学生就业法律意识淡薄、就业形势严峻和维权成本高三大阻碍因素,因此开展大学生就业法律援助具有其理论和现实的必要性。通过提升法律援助条例的法律位阶,从扩大法律援助的范围、建立专门的管理机制、充实援助主体的力量、简化法律援助的程序、建立信息反馈机制、拓宽资金筹集渠道、建设多层次的监督体系和强化宣传八个方面开展大学生就业法律援助,以期维护大学生合法的就业权益,维持和谐、稳定的大学生就业秩序。
The solution of college students ’employment legal disputes is facing three factors that hinder the employment law awareness, the serious employment situation and the high cost of rights protection. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out college students’ legal aid for employment with its theory and reality. By increasing the legal level of legal aid regulations, we should expand the scope of legal aid, set up a special management mechanism, enrich the power of the main body of assistance, simplify the legal aid procedures, establish an information feedback mechanism, broaden the channels of fund-raising, and build a multi-level supervision System and strengthening publicity eight aspects of employment legal aid to college students, with a view to safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of university students to maintain a harmonious and stable employment order of college students.
