教师培养以院校合作为载体,多年来形成了“4+2”“3+1”“2+1”“混合型”等多种模式。“四维多型”培养模式专为专科院校打造,强调多元合作主体的共赢,结合学生就业规划,力图以共赢促进长期有效合作,以实践培养促进就业,以院校合作建设双师队伍。其突破时制、主体等模式范型,从潜在合作学校出发重构实践培养类型,是对教师教育院校合作实践化培养模式的有益补充。
