对卷柏中穗花杉双黄酮的提取和分离纯化的研究。通过两步沉淀法初步纯化卷柏提取物粗品,采用薄层层析法选择最佳洗脱剂,用硅胶柱层析对卷柏中穗花杉双黄酮进行分离纯化研究。结果表明,采用两次沉淀法使卷柏提取物的纯度由5.92%升高至58.19%。以氯仿/甲醇(8/1,v/v)的混合溶剂为洗脱剂,得到穗花杉双黄酮产品的纯度为97.16%。
Study on the Extraction, Isolation and Purification of Bioflavonoids from. The crude extract of Selaginella pallens was purified by two-step precipitation method. The best eluent was selected by thin-layer chromatography. The separation and purification of Selaginella nivalis in Selaginellaris were studied by silica gel column chromatography. The results showed that the purity of Selaginella pallens was increased from 5.92% to 58.19% by two precipitation methods. With a mixed solvent of chloroform / methanol (8/1, v / v) as the eluent, the purity of biflavonoid product was 97.16%.
