Geological sample of rare earth elements in abundance, distribution patterns and some rare earth element ratio between the group of some important research topics in geochemistry is of great significance, increasingly by geologists attention. Rare earth elements are similar in physical and chemical properties, and their contents are very low and symbiotic together. Therefore, the determination of trace rare earth elements is very difficult. In the past, mass spectrometry and neutron activation were generally used, and plasma spectroscopy and X-ray fluorescence analysis were also recently performed.
