中职学校的学生对于单纯的德育普遍存在抗拒心理,中职教师可以将专业技能教学与德育灵活地关联在一起,将学生的言行与德育结合起来,站在学生的角度思考德育工作,在倾听中拉近师生的心灵距离,在和谐与包容中引导学生自我管理,最终在潜移默化中让中职学生感受到德育的正能量,并激发学生对专业技能学习的兴趣。
Students in secondary vocational schools are generally resistant to simple moral education. Secondary vocational teachers can flexibly combine professional skills teaching with moral education. They can combine the words and deeds of students with moral education and think moral education from a student’s point of view. In the process of bringing teachers and students closer in their spiritual distance, they guide students in self-management in harmony and tolerance. Eventually, students in secondary schools feel the positive energy of moral education and stimulate students’ interest in professional skills learning.
