综采放顶法采煤法因其高产高效、资源回收速度快,适应集约化矿井的建设而备受大型、特大型矿井青睐。但是在易自燃煤层生产实践中,工作面安全回采工作严重受到燃发火威胁。尤其在工作面停止推进时更为突出。通过分析停产时综放面采空区内自燃发火特性,试验性采取惰性气体注氮为主的防火技术措施,使得煤矿综放面实现安全生产。通过数值计算和物理模拟分析了煤岩运动非稳态演化特征及力学性态,对大倾角特厚煤层综采放顶煤的开采寻找提高采出率的技术提供了有力的佐证。
The fully mechanized mining and top-coal mining method is favored by large-sized and extra-large mines because of its high yield and high efficiency, fast resource recovery, and adaptation to the construction of intensive mines. However, in the production practice of spontaneous combustion coal seam, the safe mining face of the working face is seriously threatened by fire. Especially when the work surface is stopped to promote more prominent. By analyzing the characteristics of spontaneous combustion in the gob of the fully mechanized top coal caving face when the production is discontinued, the experimental techniques of fire prevention with nitrogen injection of inert gas are adopted to make the safe working of the fully mechanized coal caving face. Through the numerical calculation and physical simulation, the unsteady evolution characteristics and mechanical properties of coal and rock are analyzed, which provide strong evidences for the technology of improving the recovery rate in the mining of fully mechanized top coal caving mining in steeply inclined and extremely thick coal seam.
