在开口冷弯薄壁型钢构件沿开口方向上布置一定数量的缀板,能有效阻止开口截面的翘曲变形,可以有效地提高构件承载力。合适的缀板数量与构件长细比有着密切的关系,通过理论推导及对不同长细比构件的数值计算发现,当构件长细比λ小于60,而缀板数量达到3块时,构件承载能力提高幅度趋于稳定;当λ大于60时,缀板数量则需要达到5~6块。同时,为了方便工程设计使用,提出利用熟知的弯曲失稳计算公式的形式,来计算弯扭失稳构件的计算方法,并列表显示出两者之间的数值关系。
