本文研究了发散气冷叶片丝网蒙皮用材料及其拉丝、编网工艺的选取原则,以及多孔蒙皮材料本身的抗张强度和抗氧化性能。确定了压下量对多孔蒙皮材料透气性能和各种物理性能的影响。研究了清洗和烧结工艺对多孔蒙皮材料抗张强度、晶粒度和扩散粘合性能的影响。初步建立了烧结后多孔蒙皮材料的质量检验标准。用该材料做成叶片进行叶栅试验指出,相对冷效系数(1—φ)可达0.4~0.6范围,这一结果接近国外同类试验水平。
In this paper, we studied the selection of the material of the airfoil skinfoil and its drawing and braiding technology, as well as the tensile strength and oxidation resistance of the porous skin material itself. The effect of the reduction on the gas permeability and the various physical properties of the porous skin material was determined. The effects of cleaning and sintering process on the tensile strength, grain size and diffusion bonding properties of porous skin were studied. Preliminary established porous sintered skin test material quality standards. The blade made of this material is used for the cascade test. The relative coefficient of cold efficiency (1-φ) can reach 0.4-0.6. This result is close to that of similar foreign tests.
