目的探讨慢性乙肝Fibroscan弹性值与代谢参数的相关性。方法分析118例慢性乙肝患者Fibroscan弹性值与体脂参数、代谢参数的关系。结果 1)以Fibroscan弹性值界定的不同纤维化程度组间体脂参数、代谢参数比较差异无统计学意义;2)Fibroscan弹性值下四分位数组与上四分位数组间体脂参数、代谢参数比较差异无统计学意义;3)Pearson相关分析发现,Fibroscan弹性值与年龄呈正相关,与UA、TC、HDL-c、LDL-c、ApoA1呈负相关,与H、BW、BMI、SBP、DBP、GLU、TG、ApoB100无相关关系;4)当控制了年龄和BMI后,偏相关分析发现,Fibroscan弹性值仍与HDL-c、LDL-c及ApoA1呈负相关,与TC及UA的相关关系消失;5)多元逐步回归分析发现,仅LDL-c是Fibroscan弹性值的独立影响因素。结论 LDL-c的降低是慢性乙肝Fibroscan弹性值的独立影响因素。
Objective To investigate the correlation between Fibroscan elasticity and metabolic parameters in chronic hepatitis B patients. Methods The relationship between Fibroscan elasticity and body fat parameters and metabolic parameters in 118 chronic hepatitis B patients was analyzed. Results 1) There was no significant difference in body fat parameters and metabolic parameters between Fibroscan elastic values of different fibrosis groups; 2) Body fat parameters, metabolism There was no significant difference in the parameters between the two groups. 3) Pearson correlation analysis showed that the Fibroscan elasticity value was positively correlated with age, negatively correlated with UA, TC, HDL-c, LDL-c and ApoA1, DBP, GLU, TG, ApoB100; 4) When the age and BMI were controlled, partial correlation analysis showed that the Fibroscan elasticity was still negatively correlated with HDL-c, LDL-c and ApoA1, The relationship disappeared; 5) Multiple stepwise regression analysis found that only LDL-c is an independent factor Fibroscan elastic value. Conclusion The decrease of LDL-c is an independent factor affecting the Fibroscan elasticity of chronic hepatitis B patients.
