本文从理论上和通过实验说明应用莫尔技术消除了在双光束干涉图上由于光学元件的缺陷所引起的性能降低。在这个方法中,调相物体(Phase Object)的信息作为莫尔图样是通过有缺陷的光学系统在有和没有物体时,将干涉图形相迭加而得到的。
This paper demonstrates theoretically and experimentally that the use of Moiré technique eliminates the performance degradation caused by the defects of optical components in the two-beam interferogram. In this method, the Phase Object information is obtained as a Moiré pattern by superimposing interference patterns by a defective optical system with and without an object.
