文章从分析现存的问题入手,提出对铁路辅业人力资源管理短期和长期的策略与建议。文章从短期策略和长期策略两个层次阐述,分别突出操作性和构建的框架,对提高铁路辅业的人力资源管理水平具有一定的现实意义。
Starting with an analysis of existing problems, the article puts forward short-term and long-term strategies and proposals for human resources management in railway auxiliary industries. The article elaborates from the two levels of short-term strategy and long-term strategy, respectively, highlighting the operability and building the framework, to improve the level of human resources management of railway auxiliary business has certain practical significance.
