目的 :为中药白鹤粉治疗慢性肾小球肾炎提供实验证据。方法 :采用Border的方法 ,用阳离子化牛血清白蛋白制作家兔原位免疫复合物肾炎模型 ,随机分成治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组给予中药白鹤粉治疗5周。结果 :治疗组尿蛋白量明显减少 (P <0 .0 1) ,血肌酐水平明显降低 ;免疫荧光检查发现对照组肾小球内IgG沉积明显 ,光镜和电镜下示肾组织病理改变明显 ,治疗组病变程度较轻。结论 :中药白鹤粉治疗家兔原位免疫复合物肾小球肾炎模型有效 ,可能成为治疗人类肾小球肾炎的新药。
Objective : To provide experimental evidence for the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis with Siberian powder. Methods : The rabbit model of in situ immune complex nephritis was made by cationized bovine serum albumin using the Border method. The rabbits were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given Baihe powder for 5 weeks. Results: The amount of urinary protein was significantly decreased in the treatment group (P < 0.01), and serum creatinine level was significantly reduced. Immunofluorescence examination revealed that the IgG deposition in the glomeruli of the control group was obvious, and pathological changes of the renal tissue were evident under the light microscope and electron microscope. The treatment group was less severe. Conclusion : The traditional Chinese medicine Baihe powder is effective in the treatment of rabbit in situ immune complex glomerulonephritis model and may be a new drug for the treatment of human glomerulonephritis.
