1990年2月25～4月14日,河南大学发生成人麻疹暴发流行。发病总数为88例,收治住我院68例,年龄17～25岁。有接种史20例(应急接种17例,74年接种3例),无接种史48例。首例麻疹患者,无明确接触史,考虑是否与探家和旅途乘车被传染有关。68例中,其中2例幼年曾患过麻疹(轻、中型各1例)。患者一般治疗时间7天左右,最长治疗时间22天,均治愈。
From February 25 to April 14, 1990, an adult measles outbreak was reported in Henan University. The total incidence of 88 cases, admitted to our hospital in 68 cases, aged 17 to 25 years old. Inoculation history of 20 cases (emergency vaccination in 17 cases, 74 years of vaccination in 3 cases), no history of vaccination in 48 cases. The first case of measles patients, there is no clear history of exposure, consider whether the Explorer and the journey by car is infected. Among the 68 cases, 2 of them had had measles in their infancy (1 in each of light and medium). The general treatment time for patients about 7 days, the longest treatment time 22 days, were cured.
