作者们自1978年2月至1981年9月以Proplast(特氟隆+碳玻璃)和Plastipore(纯聚乙烯)作为赝复体行鼓室成形术,共200耳。
From February 1978 to September 1981, the authors performed tympanoplasty with proplast (Teflon + carbon glass) and Plastipore (pure polyethylene) as prostheses for a total of 200 ears. There were 101 males and 91 females, with 8 ears being ears. Of the 200 cases, there were 79 cases of chronic cholesteatoma otitis media, 23 cases of chronic purulent otitis media, 74 cases of chronic purulent otitis media, 13 cases of tympanic membrane trauma and 11 cases of congenital malformation. 71 cases were used Proplast and 129 cases were Plastipore. The tarsal bone was intact and well-behaved. There were 102 cases of type Ⅱ (PORP), and the tarsal tissue was destroyed in 98 cases of type Ⅲ (TORP). The authors think Plastipore is easier to manipulate. For tympanoplasty type II, place the sponge around the stapes and place the PORP on the stapes head, preferably with a small concavity at the tip to match the stapes head and slide it toward
