每个人在人生的道路上都会出现一些偏差,难免犯这样或那样的错误,经历挫折。学生的成长过程就是改正错误,战胜挫折的过程。严厉的训斥也许能刺激醒人的灵魂,但多半留下伤痕,信赖与关爱同样也能激活灵魂,且如春雨滋润,细密无声却唤醒勃勃生机。话语能够深入人心,就会产生共鸣,要做到这一点,就要注意说话的技巧,有时候委婉比暴风骤雨来得更有震撼感。因此,作为教师应该有足够的宽容精神允许学生犯错误,教师的主要职责是帮助犯错误的学生改正错误。

The growth of students is the process of correcting mistakes and defeating setbacks. Severe scolding may be able to stimulate the awakened soul, but most often leave scars, trust and care can also activate the soul, and as the spring rain moist, silent but awakened vitality. Discourse can penetrate deeply into people’s hearts and it will resonate. To do this, attention should be paid to the skills of speaking, and sometimes euphemism feels more shocking than the storm. Therefore, as a teacher, there should be enough tolerance to allow students to make mistakes. Teachers’ primary responsibility is to help mistreating students to correct mistakes.
