目的:优选黄芩中总黄酮的提取工艺。方法:采用分光光度法,以芦丁为对照测定黄芩中总黄酮的含量。在单因素试验考察提取方法和溶剂的基础上,选取提取溶剂、溶剂量、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素,采用L9(34)正交试验优选黄芩中总黄酮的提取工艺。结果:确定最佳提取工艺为:加80倍量70%乙醇超声提取2次,每次3 h,总黄酮提取率达19.21%。结论:优选的提取工艺简单、方便、结果准确、重复性好,可用于黄芩中总黄酮的工业化生产。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids from Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi. Methods: The content of total flavonoids in Radix Scutellariae was determined by spectrophotometry with rutin as control. On the basis of the single factor test and the extraction method and the solvent, the extraction solvent, the amount of solvent, the extraction time and the extraction times were selected as the investigation factors. The extraction process of total flavonoids in Scutellaria baicalensis was optimized by L9 (34) orthogonal test. Results: The optimum extraction process was determined by ultrasonic extraction with 80 times the amount of 70% ethanol for 2 times, and the total flavonoid extraction rate was 19.21% for 3 h. Conclusion: The optimal extraction process is simple, convenient, accurate and reproducible. It can be used in the industrial production of total flavonoids from Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi.
