引言双曲扁壳桥作为一种新的桥型,近年来已在全国各地得到陆续推广。壳体结构具有优越的受力特性,桥梁采用扁壳来做承重结构,能节省建桥材料,施工也甚为简便。对长期通车后的扁壳桥多次现场观测证明,扁壳结构在公路桥梁中的使用情况,基本上是良好的。但是,扁壳桥亦还存在一些问题有待解决,如防止端边构开裂,确定合理的构造形式等等.这些问题长期来未能解决的主要原因是,由于到目前为止,还没有一套完整的实用计算方法,这就严重地影响了它的进一步发展和完善.
