用中药复方“加减陷胸桃承汤”合参麦针对大鼠RDS模型进行了治疗并作病理形态观察与有关检测。结果发现:给药组大鼠肺系数明显低于对照组( P< 0-01) ,给药组肺组织病理变化比对照组减轻或消失,仅见肺血管充血,少量炎细胞渗出,特染显示微血栓形成少,表明该药对RDS模型大鼠的急性肺损伤有明显治疗作用。其机理主要是抑制了肺毛细血管微血栓的形成。
The rat model of RDS was treated with a Chinese herbal compound “Addition and Subtraction Tuck” and “Shenshenmai” for pathological observation and related tests. The results showed that the lung coefficient of the rats in the administration group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0-01). The pathological changes of the lungs in the administration group were less than or disappeared from the control group, and only the pulmonary vasculature was seen, and a small amount of inflammatory cells bleed out. Shows that the microthrombosis is small, indicating that the drug has a significant therapeutic effect on acute lung injury in RDS model rats. The mechanism is mainly to inhibit the formation of pulmonary capillary microthrombosis.
